Bristol LH Marshall DP37F. The history of the type of vehicle can be found by looking at the history for sister vehicle 1318.

New in October 1973 and based in the South Devon area. Downgraded for local bus use in April 1979 and stayed in the South Devon area. Upon the split of Western National it stayed in the same area but by January 1984 it had passed to the North Devon and based at Bideford. Loaned to Pilgrim coaches Southampton from May to July 1984.

Withdrawn in December 1985 and passed to Dealer Norths, Barnsley Community Transport by April 1987, Molinari Sheffield by July 1989,Amberly Pudsey by ?1989 to May 1990, Fallas leeds May 1990 to 1992, Turner Ulleskelf August 1992 and then to Sykes Appleton Roebuck.

Quite a history. finally entered preservation in 2003 passing through at least six owners none of which progressed it. The long term plan is to restore it into NBC green bus livery as it still maintains its bus features and will be a good contrast with 1318.
