The National Association of Road Transport Museums (NARTM) is the representative body for organisations or individuals with collections of historic buses and coaches, goods vehicles and other large road vehicles who wish to make their collections accessible to the public. NARTM represents the large majority of UK road transport collections and now has some 90 members with more than 3000 historic vehicles in their collections.

The Western National Preservation GroupWestern National Preservation Group's annual rally will be held on Plymouth Hoe, Sunday 25th July 2010.
This year will only be a one day event despite it being a quarter of a century since Western national Omnibus Company opened up their Laira Depot for an open day. There will be a chance to see buses from other preservation groups and some willb e offering free rides around the Hoe sea front and others as static display.
One of the last things I reported was that our Bristol VRBristol VR was Bristol's rear-engined bus chassis, designed as a competitor to the Leyland Atlantean and Daimler Fleetline. 1003(VDV 141S) was being prepared for an MOT. Read more
