The CBPG 'Running Day' and late April news update

Firstly I must appologise to all for the delay in updating the site which has been due to a spell of poor health and 'lots going on'. Anyway, to all those who attended our 'Running Day' at Penzance, I would like to say 'a big thank you' on behalf of the CBPG and the Thames Valley & Great Western Trust for making the day an 'absolute cracker'. April 2010 news with proposed vehicle entries and routes to be operated on 'Running Day' - Sunday 18 April 2010

The good news for all is that we have 12 vehicles promised for our 'Running Day' on Sunday 18 April 2010 running over 8 routes out of Penzance Bus Station. The bit of disappointing news as far as the CBPG is concerned is that we have been unable to get our Bristol VRBristol VR was Bristol's rear-engined bus chassis, designed as a competitor to the Leyland Atlantean and Daimler Fleetline. 1141(AFJ 706T) through an MOT in time for the event as we had hoped. However, we are determined to get our Bristol LHBristol Commercial Vehicles Light Horizontal engined 716(MUO 328F) 'back home' to Penzance for the event. Read more
